Republican Institute for development of leading and research-pedagogical staff is a head organization of Republic Kazakhstan advanced training system, which includes 14 regional, 2 city professional development institutes. The institute was founded 45 years ago.

Our mission : is to promote the establishment of integrated educational system, based on the needs of societies, including regional, district and city methodical organizations.

The main functions of the institute are:: Realization of state policy in the field of education; - Improvement of educator’s professional level;

Our aims and objectives: :
- Quality assurance of advanced training and retraining of primary and middle professional educators of the country. - Professional competency improvement of leading and teaching staff. - Monitoring needs in professional development and staff retraining as well as the analysis of its efficiency.
