From 15 to 23 December 2011 in accordance with the contract of May 3, 2011 № 265 between Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan and RIPKSO, on rendering professional development services for administrators and users of e-learning system, RIPKSO management team and Faculty of Information Technology did a professional development course on e-learning at Norwich Institute for Language Education (Norwich, UK) The main aim is to develop mechanisms of monitoring, to meet international requirements and the need to study foreign experience on e-learning in teachers in service professional development area.
The employees of the institute attended the course on "e-learning" at Norwich Institute for language education noted that lectures were interactive, interesting and practice oriented.
As a result of this course, employees of the institute plan to apply the acquired knowledge and skills in work on the project "e-learning" and to conduct a methodological seminar for institute`s teaching staff.

On October 28 in the framework of the conference "Integration of professional development system of educators of CIS countries", in order to strengthen and develop cooperation, The Memorandum was signed between the Republican Institute for professional development of leading and research-pedagogical staff of education system (Kazakhstan) on behalf of director Akhmetova G.K ., the Academy of Professional Development (Russian Federation) in the person of President Nikitina E.M., the Education Management University (Ukraine) represented by rector Oleinik V.V., Academy of Postgraduate Education (Belarus) on behalf of the acting rector Monastyrnyi A.P. .
This Memorandum will give an opportunity to unite efforts for promoting and expansion international cooperation in the field of professional development at the level of four states. |

October 5, 2011, in the frame of course " The implementation of inclusive education model to the schools practice in light of realization of the State Education Development Program for 2011-2020” on the basis of RIPKSO supported by the Embassy of the United States, Trustee of the Department of Education Long Beach (USA), Doctor of Psychology in Education Dennis Ryan delivered lectures on:
- 1. Identification of developmental disorders at an early age.
- 2. Diagnosis of developmental disorders.
- 3. Organization of support for children with disabilities and their parents.
- 4. Stimulating specialties to educational activities for children with disabilities.

| JOn the basis of RIPKSO from 28 to 30 June with the assistance of British Council at the British Embassy in the Republic of Kazakhstan, coaches N. Penner and G. Sadyrbayeva held lectures, seminars and trainings for deputy directors of scientific – methodical, organizational work on mentoring of ETTE project.
In addition, as part of the training on June 30, in the morning was held a meeting of RIPKSO director Gulnas Akhmetova and UK expert Gene Wilson, on the afternoon the above-mentioned director and expert met with the students in the classroom.
